SURV will always stand by human creativity and expertise. We firmly believe in safeguarding copyright, intellectual property, and the integrity of information. While we embrace technological advancements for greater efficiency, we strongly oppose any trend to systematically replace human translator ingenuity with unreflective entities that exploit creative work, undermine linguistic diversity, and deepen sociocultural inequalities —especially regarding the Arabic language, which we’ve long advocated to elevate in the business field.

نحن، ومنذ البداية، فضّلنا أن نسلك طريقًا مختلفًا تمامًا عمّا يشهده قطاع الترجمة حيث تقدّمت السرعة والتكلفة المنخفضة على ما عداهما من اعتبارات، فجعلنا في رأس أولوياتنا تقديم خدمة مثالية لمساعدة عملائنا حتى في ظل التقلبات التي تشهدها سوق الترجمة. إنّ ما حققناه من شراكات متينة وطويلة الأمد في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وفي العالم، ما كان ليتأتى لولا أنّنا جعلنا الجهد البشريّ الذي يقوم به المترجم في صلب نموذج أعمالنا، والتزمنا التزامًا راسخًا بمبادئ الجودة والأخلاقيات، وامتلكنا معرفة وفهمًا عميقين للثقافات المختلفة.
ستواصل سيرف دعم الإبداع والخبرة البشريّين. ونحن نشدّد على ضرورة حماية حقوق الطبع والنشر والملكية الفكرية وسلامة المعلومات. كما أنّنا نبادر إلى الإفادة من كلّ تقدّم تكنولوجيّ بهدف تعزيز كفاءتنا، ولكنّنا في الوقت عينه نقف حازمين في وجه أي توجه يسعى إلى أن يلغي دور المترجم الإنسان وتفكيره النقديّ ليقيم مكانه تقنيات وبرمجيّات تستغلّ الإبداع، وتهدد التنوع اللغوي، وتعمّق اللامساواة الاجتماعية والثقافية، ولا سيّما في اللغة العربية التي بذلنا جهودًا كبيرة لتعزيز مكانتها في عالم الأعمال.
